Attorney Jared Campbell

Jared is formerly of the Georgia Department of Law where he defended the State of Georgia in complex torts litigation.  He has a decade of civil practice experience focusing on car accidents, premises liability actions, road construction claims, maritime litigation, and medical malpractice suits.  Jared has tried over 20 civil negligence cases to verdict and has practiced in federal and state court as well as practicing in front of the Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court.

Working for Georgia, Jared tried cases in every corner of the State, and he now uses that wealth of experience to benefit the clients of Benton & Benton.

Jared was born in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and raised in Charleston, West Virginia.  He attended College and Law School at the University of Kentucky.  After his legal education, Jared began his government practice in Rome, Georgia, before moving to Atlanta.  Jared lives in Monroe, Georgia, with his wife Andrea and their two sons, Malcom and Mac.

In addition to his legal practice, Jared serves on the boards of many state and local legal and non-profit organizations.
